In such a dizzying world, if you want to achieve your goals and develop your potential, it's super important to manage your attention intelligently. After winning the prestigious trophy for "most distracted person in school" at my senior prom, it took me years to learn how to concentrate and take control of this precious resource. In this funny conference punctuated with anecdotes, I share with you my best tips for limiting procrastination, making the most of your days and achieving your goals. (Grades 5 to 12)

"Olivier really knows how to capture the attention of young people thanks to his passion for the writing process and his charisma which encourages their participation. Since 2022, our 1st year secondary students have been so privileged to experience workshops under the supervision of an experienced author who has a real interest in the culture of the young people they meet. What could be better to create a passion for reading?"
